Our Tru-Fit Process begins with a personal site
visit with each of our clients. We meet to discuss the unique aspect of
each firms’ culture, the specific needs and requirements, and the
characteristics of each hiring manager. We establish our Tru-Test
Benchmark and our Tru-Match Profile during
this meeting, to ensure the candidates you choose will fit your specific
need. This means no more wasted interviews!
Identification – We maintain close ties
with a large candidate pool that mirrors our clients’ needs. This
allows us to provide the right type of candidate at the right time. We
capitalize on economies of scale and pass those savings on to our clients.
Our team of recruiters constantly updates this database with personal
contact. We know the people we deal with personally, not just resumes
downloaded from the web.
Qualification
– We implement our Tru-Test and
Tru-Match to ensure the candidate we send you
is qualified for the job you’ve defined. Our Tru-Test
is a composite of Prove it (www.proveit.com) technical test scores from
your own team members. This gives you a concrete comparison of technical
skills and allows you to find the skill set that best compliments your
existing staff. Our Tru-Match is a custom questionnaire
built to identify specific accomplishments and characteristics that are
important to success in your position. These two tools, when used together,
virtually ensure that every interview you have will be with a qualified
“hirable” candidate. These tools can be bundled or unbundled
depending on your unique situation.
Presentation – You hire more than a resume,
so that’s what we present. Once a candidate had passed our rigorous
evaluation, we will provide you with our own evaluation notes, the results
of the Tru-Test and/or the Tru-Match,
along with the candidate’s resume. This provides you with all the
relevant information you need to determine if the candidate is someone
you would like to meet. When you do meet our candidate, they will be well
versed on your company, the specific project you are talking to them about,
and the critical success factors for the job. Your interview can be spent
exploring their background, not telling them about yours.
Follow up – We give you direct and immediate
feedback on all candidates we present. We stay in touch with you and our
candidate after the placement is made and ensure that this relationship
is a positive one. Performance evaluations are done quarterly with both
candidates and clients to ensure FTS’s commitment to quality is
being upheld. We view each placement as another chapter in an ongoing,
successful relationship.

them ourselves. We have technical personnel on site to aid and assist
in screening and identification. Our structure also allows us to provide
our candidates with a variety of options, thus attracting a higher caliber
candidate. Our pricing model is also unique in the industry. Rather than
the traditional “percentage of salary” fee, we utilize a fixed,
flat rate direct placement methodology that puts you in control of your
costs. You will know exactly what the cost of our service will be from
day one. This fee is independent of what you offer a candidate and does
not vary. In today’s dynamic marketplace, a cookie-cutter approach
