Our Recruiting Model

Ensuring we have the right match is critical to providing the highest value to our clients. FTS works diligently to understand the abilities, experience and career objectives of each candidate in order to determine the candidate's capacity to meet our clients' requirements.

FTS will first look to our internal candidate database to evaluate if any current contractor meets the criteria and is available for the timeframe that has been designated. These existing contractors represent best-in-class candidates whom have been placed by FTS in previous positions. Should no current associates be available, FTS will then seek our referral network to quickly locate a match.

Our recruiters employ our proprietary database of pre-screened, qualified candidates sorted by skills, experience levels, and locations. If needed, sourcing efforts may also include social networking, extensive referrals, media advertising, job boards, job fairs and trade shows.
